Mr. Campbell’s practice focuses primarily on counseling and representing current or former employees in claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unfair competition, including claims under both federal and California laws, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, California’s Trade Secret Act, and other labor and employment laws.

Mr. Campbell brings a unique perspective to employee-side employment law because he spent the first seven years of his career defending employers in these same types of cases. Mr. Campbell continues to counsel employers regarding employment law issues, including compliance with California and federal regulatory laws, classification of employees, and employee terminations. Mr. Campbell’s practice also focuses on representing small businesses in general business litigation issues such as contractual disputes.

Mr. Campbell is active in multiple bar associations, including a lifetime membership in the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Celtic Bar Association, and member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.

Mr. Campbell received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis King Hall School of Law in 2002, where he served as an articles editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review and was a founding contributor to the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 1998.
