Allegra Rineer began her legal career working for a premier insurance defense firm in Long Beach, California. While there, she defended physicians, dentists, hospitals, pharmacists and nurses from claims of malpractice, including allegations of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, fraud and other intentional torts. Inspired to help injured parties, she left to pursue a career as Plaintiff’s attorney, focusing her practice on childhood sexual abuse, elder sexual abuse and physical abuse of special needs children.  As a Plaintiff’s attorney, Ms. Rineer has recovered millions of dollars for victims of abuse.

Allegra has been listed as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Top Up and Coming Southern California Women Lawyers every year since 2016.

Educational Background

Allegra is a native of Orange County, growing up in Yorba Linda and attending the prestigious Orange County High School of the Arts.  In 2004, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater from San Francisco State University.  In 2011, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law, where she was a Dean’s Circle member for academic excellence. Additionally, at Western State, Allegra was a Tech Editor/Student Writer for Law Review and a member of the Honors Moot Court Team.
